Level 1 Customer Service Representative

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with travel documents, including electronic authorizations and US visas
  • Manage accurate data entry across platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
  • Respond to customer inquiries via ticket, email, phone, chat, and Zoom
  • Participate in team meetings and support special projects
  • Contribute to service improvements and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance and handle sensitive data professionally

Qualifications:

  • Clear speaking voice
  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in one company
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have an excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong administrative skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role
  • Energetic, fun and confident personality
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Looking for a long-term position
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • Willing to work on-site
