Job Description:
Job Summary:
This pivotal role combines customer support, engagement, and promotion of customer success. This position is responsible for engaging with event attendees, addressing their questions, and fostering a positive experience by providing valuable information and assistance. By embodying the values and goals of our customers, the Attendee Support member plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Communication | Monitor communication channels (chat, email, social media, etc.) to promptly respond to attendee inquiries and concerns.
- Provide clear and concise answers to questions about the event, its schedule, features, and other related information.
- Problem Resolution | Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.
- Follow up with attendees to ensure their concerns have been addressed and their experience has improved.
- Communicate in an emotionally intelligent and tactful way (GREAT Conversations)
- Communicate clearly within your team
- "Win as One" mindset
- Add value to our Attendee Support service for our Customers
- Be willing to learn and improve communication and problem-solving skills continuously
- Have sufficient knowledge and ability to use a computer and digital communication
Qualifications:
- At least SHS Graduate (new curriculum) or HS Graduate (old curriculum)
- At least 1 year of continuous customer service experience in a BPO company
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
- Professional, courteous, and responsive customer service and phone skills
- Strong computer skills
- Willing to work on-site
- Willing to work the night shift
