Air-Conditioning and Facilities Technician

 Job Description:

Position Summary:

Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all facilities and air-conditioning units of the company, ensuring optimum functionality of all units at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures and maintains the cleanliness and quality of all air conditioning units of the company.

  • Ensures upkeep of office administrative facilities.

  • Performs regular inspection of furniture and fixtures, bulbs and lighting, electrical outlets, and restroom fixtures to ascertain that these are in good working condition.
  • Performs minor/ professional fixing of building facilities and equipment.
  • Oversees development and implementation of preventive maintenance and work control programs.

  • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a certified TESDA NC2 holder

  • Must have at least three (3) years of experience in air conditioning maintenance

  • Background in Electronics Technology or equivalent is an advantage

  • Knowledge of ducting fabrication is an advantage

  • Must be able to work with less supervision

  • Must be reliable and trustworthy

  • Must be willing to work any shift
