HR Officer | Night Shift + Weekends Off | On-Site

 Job Description:

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, which includes imposing organization policies and procedures, organizing and maintaining employee disciplinary records, and providing the best support and assistance to both employees and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles all HR-related concerns for the night shift operation.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager and Operations Head.

  • Facilitate orientation for new supervisors and managers on disciplinary action processes and procedures.

  • Compiling and updating employee's disciplinary records.

  • Generate monthly reports (Undertime, Tardiness, Absences, and Overbreaks) for the issuance of disciplinary actions.

  • Oversee and evaluate the work performance of subordinates.

  • Gather and validate Incident Reports before the issuance of disciplinary actions.

  • Prepare a Disciplinary Action Form (DAF) of all validated infractions.

  • Prepare appropriate Show Cause Memo/Notice to Explain for issuance to the erring employees.

  • Conduct administrative hearings.

  • Prepares appropriate minutes of admin hearing, taking into consideration all gathered documents and evidence.

  • Implements and administers disciplinary procedures in compliance with the company policy.

  • Investigate employees' complaints and resolve issues.

  • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent

  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in HR

  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

  • Knowledge of employment legislation/labor laws

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Has strong leadership and management skills

  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Can work under pressure and can maintain a positive and professional attitude toward handling employee feedback and concerns

  • Must be keen on details

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Willing to work full-time on-site

  • Willing to work the night shift and on holidays
