The Role
This is a senior, hands-on market development role suited to an experienced BPO or outsourcing sales professional who has successfully built new territory revenue. You will own the Australian go-to-market strategy from the first conversation to the signed agreement. This is not a maintenance role — it is a strategic growth mandate.
What you'll be doing
You will work directly with the President and collaborate with US sales leadership and Philippine delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions.
- Personally build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across Australia
- Prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn to win new BPO and outsourcing opportunities
- Run discovery calls and clearly articulate offshore delivery and managed service solutions
- Work closely with marketing to develop region-specific sales materials, including decks, one-pagers, messaging, and outreach sequences
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close pilot programs and long-term managed service agreements
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions sold are practical, scalable, and aligned with offshore capabilities
- Provide ongoing market feedback to refine ICPs, pricing, messaging, and target verticals
- Where appropriate, support adjacent regional opportunities such as New Zealand or nearby markets as the business expands
What you'll be selling
Core BPO and outsourcing services include:
- Call centre and customer support operations (inbound and outbound)
- Back-office administration and processing
- Lead generation and outbound sales support
- Appointment setting and customer follow-up
- General business process outsourcing and managed services
Healthcare-adjacent services (advantage, not requirement) include:
- NDIS and provider operational support
- Aged care and home or community care administration
- Insurance and claims-related support
- Telehealth intake, follow-up, and documentation support
About you
- 2 + years' experience selling BPO, call centre, or outsourcing services is preferred
- Proven hunter with a track record of winning new logos
- Comfortable building a pipeline from scratch in a new market
- Confident with outbound prospecting and rejection
- Willing to work closely with marketing to help build local go-to-market materials
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong communicator who can sell value, outcomes, and delivery quality rather than just price
