About the job Sr. Amazon Brand Manager
We're looking for someone who has actually run Amazon brands, not someone who took a short course. If you've managed end-to-end brand performance, driven revenue and margin growth, overseen product launches, and handled listings at a deep level, you'll fit right in. If your background is mostly VA-level tasks, this won't be the right role.
This position needs someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and treats the brand like their own.
What You'll Do
Manage full brand performance, including revenue, profit, and margin improvement
Oversee catalog health across multiple SKUs
Lead listing optimization: titles, bullets, images, A+, keyword strategy, and conversion improvements
Coordinate with creative, supply chain, PPC, and operations to keep everything aligned
Drive new product launches from research to execution
Deliver weekly performance insights and action plans
Identify gaps, competitor weaknesses, and new opportunities
Maintain tight inventory planning, preventing OOS and overstock
Build the brand roadmap and push new ideas and variations
What You Bring
4+ years managing Amazon brands at the 7-8 figure level
Direct hands-on experience improving CTR, CVR, profitability, and ranking
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization
Comfort managing a large, fast-moving product catalog
Ability to partner with PPC teams and understand how ads, SEO, and content connect
Confident data instincts and proactive problem solving
Ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written English and brand voice skills
Nice to Have
Experience directing creatives for images/A+
Familiarity with Helium10, DataDive, Seller board, Perpetua, etc.
Experience working closely with supply chain teams
Testing mindset with proven results on images, titles, and pricing
Please Do Not Apply If
Your experience is mainly VA-level or basic admin
You haven't managed a 7-8 figure Amazon brand
You don't have hands-on listing optimization experience
You need step-by-step instructions or heavy supervision
What Success Looks Like
Hitting revenue and margin targets
Keeping TACOS under control
Launching new products every quarter
High-quality listings that consistently rank and convert
Clean, reliable weekly reporting
Fast execution without follow up needed
