Executive Assistant & Chief of Staff

Were looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant & Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. This role is not just about scheduling or adminits about creating leverage. Youll anticipate needs, clear roadblocks, and keep the CEO focused on the highest-impact priorities. Think of it as a blend of strategist, operator, and right hand.

What Youll Do

• Force Multiplier: Anticipate whats needed before its asked, manage follow-through, and keep priorities on track.

• Project Management: Own cross-functional initiatives, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across teams.

• Operational Partner: Build structure out of chaoswhether its refining processes, coordinating with vendors, or streamlining reporting.

• Decision Support: Conduct research, synthesize information, and prep CEO with concise briefs for faster, better decisions.

• Communication Hub: Manage inbox, draft communications, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Calendar & Travel: Handle scheduling with ruthless prioritization and coordinate logistics so the CEO can focus on impact.

• Confidential Advisor: Handle sensitive matters with discretion and protect the CEOs time and focus.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or operations leadership role. Startup or fast-growth business background preferred.

• Execution & Ownership: You dont wait for instructions. You identify problems, take action, and follow through.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect dots across projects, anticipate second-order consequences, and advise on priorities.

• Communication Skills: Clear writer, sharp communicator, and comfortable representing leadership in conversations.

• Tech & Systems: Proficiency with tools like ClickUp/Asana, GSuite, Slack, and data dashboards. Comfortable picking up new tools quickly.
