What Youll Own

Full-Cycle Recruiting (E-Commerce and Amazon Roles)

  • Own end-to-end hiring for Operations Managers, Brand Managers, E-commerce Specialists, and other key roles

  • Review 100+ applications daily and consistently close 34 quality hires per month

  • Maintain a time-to-fill of 14 days or less

  • Drive hiring velocity without sacrificing quality

Sourcing Strategy and Funnel Design

  • Build pipelines across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC

  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards, sourcing automation, and cold outreach

  • Design repeatable sourcing systems that dont rely on luck

Interviewing and Selection

  • Run structured interviews that surface real insightsskills, ownership, and cultural fit

  • Present concise, data-driven scorecards that enable fast, confident hiring decisions

HR Management and People Operations

  • Lead onboarding, performance tracking, PTO systems, and remote culture-building

  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance, and oversee HR workflows

  • Implement lightweight, effective systems for feedback, engagement, and team development

  • Own monthly check-ins, birthdays/anniversaries, and peer feedback initiatives

Must-Have Experience

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments (startup or SME, 150 staff)

  • Proven track record of closing 34 hires per month with short time-to-fill cycles

  • Experience hiring internationally across time zones in fully remote teams

  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, ATS workflows, etc.

  • Strong HR process knowledge with a focus on remote team management

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Full-time, dedicated applicants onlyno freelancers, side gigs, or agency applicants
