We are seeking a disciplined and highly organized HR & Recruitment Coordinator. This role is the "engine room" of our people operations—balancing meticulous data management with the fast-paced logistics of recruitment. Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Coordination:

  • Candidate Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and HR screening/ hiring managers across various time zones.

  • Job Postings: Manage and update job boards to ensure our active roles are visible and accurate.

  • Screening Support: Assist in initial resume filtering and shortlisting based on predefined criteria.

2. Data Integrity & "Cleanup"

  • Audit & Entry: Execute rigorous data entry and auditing of operational sheets to ensure 100% accuracy.

  • Listing Maintenance: Keep internal databases and listing data updated and free of duplicates or errors.

  • Reporting: Assist in pulling basic data reports for the recruitment and HR teams.

3. HR Administration & Documentation

  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain digital employee files and HR documentation.

  • Ad-hoc Support: Handle administrative tasks to support the broader operations team as needed.

What You Bring

  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort navigating recruitment software (ATS) Manatal will be given preference .

  • Communication: Clear, professional written communication skills (essential for candidate interaction).

  • Efficiency: The ability to maximize your 30-40 weekly hours by prioritizing high-impact tasks.
