About the job Amazon FBA Supply Chain Manager
We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to own the supply chain function end to end across a fast-growing portfolio of 40+ private-label Amazon brands.
We sell across North America and Europe, including the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, and other Amazon EU marketplaces. We are scaling through acquisitions toward $50M in annual revenue and rolling out Odoo as our company-wide ERP.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership, real accountability, and the opportunity to build the supply chain operating system for a multi-brand ecommerce business at scale.
The Role
You will lead demand planning, purchasing, inbound logistics, inventory health, supplier management, and supply chain workflows inside Odoo.
You will manage a team of 2–3 supply chain operators and be responsible for keeping the business stocked, efficient, and ahead of risk as we continue to grow. This includes preventing stockouts, improving reorder accuracy, managing supplier and freight timelines, protecting working capital, and building processes that scale.
This is not a narrow coordinator role. It is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, operate in the details, manage people, and drive execution every day.
What You'll Do
- Own demand planning and forecasting across brands, SKUs, and marketplaces
- Lead purchasing, RFQs, POs, supplier terms, production timelines, and supplier communication
- Manage inbound logistics, including FBA inbound, freight forwarders, 3PLs, AWD, customs, and cross-border flows across North America and Amazon EU
- Improve inventory health by reducing stockouts, excess inventory, aged stock, and working capital drag
- Help build and run supply chain workflows inside Odoo across Purchase, Inventory, and replenishment
- Lead and develop a team of 2–3 supply chain operators, setting clear standards for accuracy, speed, communication, and follow-through
- Partner with Finance, Brand Managers, and Operations to align launches, reorders, inventory, and cash
What We're Looking For
- We are looking for an A-player who is proactive, analytical, organized, and comfortable operating at a high pace.
- The right person catches risks before they become problems, verifies numbers against source data, follows through relentlessly, and communicates clearly with suppliers, freight partners, operators, and internal teams.
- You should be comfortable with ownership, accountability, managing a small team, and operating in a demanding growth environment. This is a great fit for someone who wants to build, lead, and be measured by results.
Ideal Background
- Proven experience owning a supply chain function, ideally in Amazon FBA, ecommerce, consumer products, or a multi-brand environment
- Strong experience in demand planning, purchasing, supplier management, inbound logistics, and inventory control
- Experience managing Amazon supply chain across North America and/or European marketplaces
- Excellent data and analytical skills
- Strong written communication and supplier follow-up
- Track record of improving inventory accuracy, stock availability, supplier reliability, or replenishment processes
- Experience leading a small team of operators, coordinators, or supply chain team members
- Bonus: hands-on Odoo experience across Purchase, Inventory, MRP, or replenishment
- Bonus: prior ERP implementation or process design experience

Who This Role Is Best For
