About the job Business Development Representative
Were hiring a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new partnerships. This is a phone-first role focused on outbound calls to supplier companies. Youll deliver our elevator pitch, build rapport, and convert cold calls into warm opportunities for our Account Executives.
What Youll Do:

Make 50+ daily outbound calls to brands and distributors

Convert cold leads into qualified meetings

Deliver clear pitches and handle basic objections

Keep CRM records 100% accurate

Collaborate with Lead Gen and Account Executives to improve scripts and results
What We Expect:

2-3 years in B2B appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Resilient, organized, and able to thrive in high-volume outreach

Proficiency in CRM/sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)

Must work US business hours (MonFri)
