Were hiring a Product Manager Amazon Listing Optimization Specialist to join a leading US-based e-commerce company with 10+ years of proven success and a diverse portfolio of private-label brands across Amazon and other marketplaces.
Youll take full ownership of our Amazon listingstransforming product pages into high-performing assets that rank higher, attract clicks, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and creative storytelling to deliver listings that consistently outperform the competition.
Key Responsibilities
Audit, optimize, and manage product listings to maximize CTR and CVR.
Create persuasive titles, bullet points, and A+ content aligned with SEO best practices.
Collaborate with design teams on imagery and infographics to enhance engagement.
Leverage AI tools for copy and visuals; conduct A/B testing via Amazon Experiments.
Analyze competitors and market trends using DataDive, ScaleInsight, and SellerSprite.
Oversee product lifecycles and ensure alignment with brand and profitability goals.
Track KPIs such as CVR, CTR, TACOS, profitability per SKU, and customer satisfaction.
Turn insights from Brand Analytics and Search Query data into actionable strategies.
What You Bring
Proven experience managing Amazon FBA listings with strong growth results.
Expertise in Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and listing optimization tools.
Familiarity with PickFu, Intellivy, and AI-driven copywriting/image tools.
Conversion-focused mindset and strong grasp of buyer psychology.
Excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Preferred & Bonus Skills
Experience with Amazon PPC and integrating advertising data with organic performance
Background in conversion copywriting or multi-SKU brand management.
