We're on the hunt for an Amazon Product Listing Optimization & Flat File Specialist with an analytical mind, a sharp eye for visuals, and the ability to turn data into high-converting, ranking-stable listings.

️ What Youll Own:

• Full-spectrum listing optimization for Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, UK, EU), ensuring every product is designed to rank and convert

• Troubleshooting de-indexing issues, suppressed listings, incorrect browse nodes, and other backend errors using flat files

• Analyzing unit session percentage (CVR) vs. category benchmarks to proactively improve conversion rate

• Auditing competitor listings to uncover creative and content gaps and using those insights to help our listings stand out

• Collaborating with designers to refine product imagery and A+ Content, ensuring everything is visually persuasive and conversion-focused

• Implementing best practices for keyword targeting, backend terms, title optimization, bullet point hierarchy, and listing layout

• Leveraging Amazons Search Query Performance Reports, Brand Analytics, Helium10, and DataDive to guide strategy

• Creating variation listings and managing catalog structure via flat file uploads and category template mapping

• Testing and iterating image, copy, and content updates to maximize keyword indexing, CTR, and purchase intent

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of Amazon listing optimization experience, ideally managing large catalogs or multiple brands

• You understand conversion rates and know how to improve them by analyzing listing performance vs. the category

• Youre an expert in flat file uploads, variation fixes, and backend troubleshooting

• You have a fine-tuned visual instinct you can spot instantly whats wrong with a main image and how to fix it

• You think outside the box, bringing creative ideas backed by data

• Youre fluent in Amazon tools (Helium10, DataDive, Flat File Pro) and can use them to drive decisions

• Youre comfortable in a high-speed, results-driven environment and dont need hand-holding

• Minimum Education: Bachelors degree required 

  Compensation: Salary will be aligned with experience and expertise.

• Have experience in highly competitive categories (supplements, beauty, home)

• Are familiar with A/B testing platforms (e.g. Intellivy, PickFu, Amazons Experiments tool)

• Have agency experience or managed multiple brands at once

• Understand how to align listing content with both organic ranking and PPC targeting
