Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced e-commerce business. This role is pivotal in producing high-quality visuals that enhance brand presence, drive conversions, and support marketing initiatives across our Amazon and DTC operations. You'll create compelling product imagery, marketing assets, and brand collateral while collaborating closely with our marketing team, copywriters, and external partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Strong motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a plus but not required.

This is a full-time remote role. Candidate must be available to work US Central Time hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM CST).

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Design & Branding (40%)

  • Develop product images, A+ content, and storefront visuals for Amazon and DTC sites
  • Create marketing materials, including ads, email banners, social media graphics, and landing pages
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all assets
  • Work with photographers or external partners to enhance image quality and storytelling

2. Marketing & Advertising Support (30%)

  • Design assets for PPC campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Develop engaging visuals for paid social and display ads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to test and optimize creative variations
  • Deliver eye-catching visuals that improve click-through and conversion rates

3. Content Creation & Management (15%)

  • Support basic video editing or motion graphics for ads and product demos (nice to have)
  • Manage and organize design files and version control
  • Keep asset libraries up-to-date and accessible to the team

4. Collaboration & Quality Control (10%)

  • Partner with copywriters and marketing managers to translate briefs into high-impact designs
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Provide and incorporate feedback from stakeholders

5. Continuous Improvement (5%)

  • Stay up to date with design trends, e-commerce best practices, and Amazon creative guidelines
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement and brand presence
  • Contribute ideas for testing new design concepts and formats

Key Deliverables

Daily:

  • Edit and finalize product images, banners, and ads
  • Review live listings for creative accuracy and alignment

Weekly:

  • Deliver updated marketing assets for campaigns
  • Develop and test ad creatives for PPC and social channels

Monthly:

  • Produce new A+ content or storefront updates
  • Refresh promotional graphics and seasonal campaigns

Quarterly:

  • Collaborate on brand refreshes or major launches
  • Present creative ideas to support strategic marketing goals

Tools & Systems You'll Use

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) essential
  • Figma or Canva for quick mockups and collaboration preferred
  • After Effects or Premiere Pro nice to have
  • ClickUp for task tracking and deliverable management

  • On-time delivery of all design assets

  • Visual updates delivered for all planned promotions and launches
  • Continuous improvement and innovation in visual presentation

Who You Are

  • Bachelors in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 25 years of graphic design experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail brands
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and digital design best practices
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product imagery, digital ads, and brand visuals
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communicator, able to interpret briefs and present ideas clearly

Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Experience designing for Amazon or other marketplaces
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
  • Experience working with marketing teams on performance-focused campaigns

  • Remote position
  • Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (US Central Time)
