We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter & HR Manager (Remote Amazon & E-commerce)

Are you a recruiter who can fill roles globally and fastwhile also owning HR operations for a fully remote team? If you're experienced in both international recruiting and HR management, this is the perfect opportunity.

Were looking for a Senior Recruiter & HR Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce business. This is a 70% recruiting / 30% HR role focused on building and supporting top-performing remote teams around the world.

What Youll Do:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Own end-to-end hiring: from sourcing to interviews to onboarding.

  • Fill roles in under 2 weeks, consistently achieving 34 hires per month.

  • Source talent globally for Amazon-focused roles like Brand Managers, Operations Leaders, and Marketplace Specialists.

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing methods to find top candidates.

  • Conduct strategic interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

HR & People Management (30%)

  • Oversee onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management systems.

  • Maintain contracts and HR documentation across international jurisdictions.

  • Support leadership in team structure, compensation, and employee retention strategies.

  • Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and team wellbeing across a global, remote-first company.

You Bring:

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of combined experience in both recruiting and HR.

  • A strong background in hiring international talent and managing remote HR processes.

  • Ability to multitask in high-volume hiring environments.

  • Clear, confident communicator with a proactive and strategic mindset.
