Are you a recruiter who can fill roles globally and fastwhile also owning HR operations for a fully remote team? If you're experienced in both international recruiting and HR management, this is the perfect opportunity.
Were looking for a Senior Recruiter & HR Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce business. This is a 70% recruiting / 30% HR role focused on building and supporting top-performing remote teams around the world.
What Youll Do:
Talent Acquisition (70%)

Own end-to-end hiring: from sourcing to interviews to onboarding.

Fill roles in under 2 weeks, consistently achieving 34 hires per month.

Source talent globally for Amazon-focused roles like Brand Managers, Operations Leaders, and Marketplace Specialists.

Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing methods to find top candidates.

Conduct strategic interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
HR & People Management (30%)

Oversee onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management systems.

Maintain contracts and HR documentation across international jurisdictions.

Support leadership in team structure, compensation, and employee retention strategies.

Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and team wellbeing across a global, remote-first company.
You Bring:

A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of combined experience in both recruiting and HR.

A strong background in hiring international talent and managing remote HR processes.

Ability to multitask in high-volume hiring environments.

Clear, confident communicator with a proactive and strategic mindset.
