Supply Chain Specialist (E-commerce | Amazon FBA)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Specialist to support our fast-growing e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon FBA, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys building structure where little exists.

You will oversee end-to-end supply chain workflows with a focus on Amazon FBA. From inventory management to freight optimization, you will make sure products move smoothly from suppliers to Amazon warehouses and ultimately to our customers.

What Youll Do

• Manage inventory health across Amazon FBA, including replenishment, IPI score, and aged or stranded inventory

• Build and improve supply chain processes that reduce costs and increase efficiency

• Oversee freight, container utilization, and inbound shipment planning

• Work with suppliers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align forecasts with demand

• Provide weekly inventory reports, monthly cost analysis, and quarterly improvement proposals

What Were Looking For

• 3 to 4 years of supply chain or inventory management experience in Amazon FBA or e-commerce

• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyze large datasets

• Proven ability to create order from unstructured environments and build scalable systems

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is preferred

Success in This Role Means

• Maintaining a 98 percent or higher in-stock rate across Amazon marketplaces

• Achieving 95 percent or higher on-time delivery to Amazon FBA

• Driving quarterly freight cost savings and efficiency improvements

• Keeping the IPI score consistently above Amazons target
