Omnisec Solutions LLC is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize our fast-growing e-commerce operations. In this pivotal role, youll oversee end-to-end inventory management and supply chain workflows with a focus on Amazon FBA, ensuring stock accuracy, on-time deliveries, and cost-effective logistics solutions that drive business growth.

You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and Amazon to align supply chain operations with sales forecasts, marketing initiatives, and company goals. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in FBA logistics who thrives on creating scalable, efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management (30%)

-Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking

-Track and report inventory movement using Google Sheets/Excel

-Oversee Amazon FBA replenishment schedules and compliance with FBA requirements

-Manage inventory health metrics (e.g., IPI score, aged inventory, stranded SKUs)

Supply Chain Optimization (25%)

-Streamline supply chain processes to reduce lead times and increase efficiency

-Analyze and recommend improvements in logistics operations, packaging, and freight options

-Optimize container utilization and inbound shipment plans

Cost & Freight Management (20%)

-Identify cost-saving opportunities in freight, warehousing, and shipping

-Monitor freight spend against budget and evaluate ROI on shipping methods

-Coordinate with freight forwarders and 3PLs to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries

Supplier & Vendor Management (15%)

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

-Track and evaluate vendor performance (lead time, quality, communication)

-Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and quality issues with urgency and professionalism

Collaboration & Forecast Alignment (10%)

-Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align inventory strategy with demand forecasts

-Participate in planning cycles for major promotions, new product launches, and seasonal shifts

-Suggest process improvements and tools to enhance data visibility and operational control

Key Deliverables

Weekly: Inventory reports, stock-on-hand summaries, shipment tracking updates

Monthly: Supplier performance reviews, cost reports, IPI score updates, freight cost analysis

Quarterly: Supply chain improvement proposals, vendor scorecards, forecasting accuracy reviews

Tools & Systems You'll Use

  • Google Sheets / Excel (essential)

  • Amazon Seller Central / FBA shipment tools (required)

  • ClickUp or similar project/task management tools

  • Freight forwarder portals, 3PL systems (as applicable)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

-98%+ in-stock rate across Amazon marketplaces

-On-time delivery of 95%+ shipments to Amazon FBA

-Freight cost savings or optimization improvements each quarter <3% of stranded or aged inventory

-IPI score consistently above Amazons target threshold

Who You Are

-Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field

-3-4 years of experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably in an Amazon FBA or e-commerce environment

-Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets

-Deep understanding of Amazon FBA workflows, including restock limits, labeling, and shipping plans

-Clear communicator with strong organizational and negotiation skills

-Resourceful, solution-oriented, and always looking to improve efficiency and reliability
