Now, were looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex e-commerce data into clear, actionable insights that move the needle.

The Role
We need a senior-level analyst who lives in Power BI, speaks SQL fluently, and thrives on building clean dashboards and automated reporting systems. Youll own the data layer across sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations. This is not a generalist role. Were looking for someone who deeply understands e-commerce performance metrics and has hands-on experience pulling from sources like BigQuery and turning raw numbers into revenue-driving strategy.

What You'll Own

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze key performance trends across Amazon sales, PPC, inventory, and logistics

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that actually drive action

  • Identify and investigate anomalies, low-performing SKUs, and profit leaks

  • Build frameworks that make it easy for the leadership team to make fast, data-backed decisions

2. Dashboard Development & Automation

  • Build sleek, interactive dashboards using Power BI and DAX

  • Connect and automate reporting pipelines using BigQuery, SQL, and Google Sheets

  • Eliminate manual reports and automate data updates using Python or Apps Script

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work directly with supply chain, brand managers, and leadership to align on KPIs

  • Translate messy datasets into clean visuals and executive-ready insights

  • Support deep-dive investigations into COGS, ad performance, and demand forecasting

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (e-commerce or retail preferred)

  • Deep experience with Power BI and DAX (non-negotiable)

  • Fluency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (BigQuery required)

  • Experience cleaning, organizing, and merging datasets across multiple systems

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivots, formulas, charts, scripting)

  • Ability to communicate insights clearlyvisually and verbally

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce tools

  • Experience building e-commerce KPIs and dashboards (TACOS, Inventory Turns, ACoS, ROAS, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Python or Google Apps Script for data automation
