Senior Project Manager (Execution & Systems)

Were hiring a Senior Project Manager who lives in execution. This is a highly technical, systems-driven role for someone who can drop into a complex business, absorb new industries fast, and immediately impose structure, deadlines, and delivery.

You will own cross-functional project execution across operations, systems, analytics, finance, and product workflows. Your job is simple: make sure the right work gets done, on time, with clarity and accountability.

This is not a coordination role. This is a delivery role.

What Youll Own

• End-to-end ownership of cross-team projects
• ClickUp system ownership: structure, hygiene, dependencies, automation
• Breaking vague goals into executable task plans
• Enforcing deadlines and escalating blockers early
• Weekly execution planning and progress reporting
• Driving large initiatives (systems, analytics, finance, ops) to completion
• Creating clarity where things are messy or undefined

Required Experience

• 5+ years as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent execution role
• Proven experience running complex, cross-functional projects
• Deep hands-on experience with ClickUp (not just task usage)
• Strong technical literacy (systems, data, workflows, automation)
• Ability to quickly learn new industries and business models
• Comfortable pushing teams, following up, and enforcing accountability

Preferred (Not Required)

• E-commerce, Amazon, or DTC experience
• Experience working with analytics, finance, or ERP systems (Odoo a plus)
• Background in operations, consulting, or technical program management
