About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations & UGC Coordinator to join a fast-paced e-commerce team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between administrative operations and creative marketing execution. Reporting to the Junior Marketing Manager and collaborating directly with the Head of Marketing, you will ensure our Amazon listings are healthy, our data is accurate, and our User-Generated Content (UGC) engine is running smoothly.

This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys the "nitty-gritty" of Amazon Seller Central but also has a sharp eye for social media trends and content quality.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Amazon Health & Maintenance: Monitor Seller Central to ensure all products are active; immediately flag, track, and resolve any listing issues.

  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor FBA capacity and highlight potential stock risks.

  • Listing Updates: Execute approved changes to product listings and log all modifications in the team chat.

  • UGC Management: Launch and manage JoinBrands/UGC campaigns, coordinate logistics, and meticulously file incoming content.

  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to messages across social media and TikTok Shop, escalating high-priority inquiries when necessary.

Weekly Reporting & Data Management

  • Meeting Preparation: Compile the weekly agenda including FBA inventory snapshots and sales performance across Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify.

  • Performance Metrics: Pull and analyze data including TACoS/Adjusted TACoS (via Scale Insights), sessions (Business Reports), and total ad spend.

  • SEO & Analytics: Update the "10 stats" sheet and charts; download/upload Brand Analytics for SEO optimization.

Monthly & Quarterly Strategic Maintenance

  • Maintain backend product categorization and upload monthly sales data into master reporting documents.

  • Perform quarterly catalog audits to ensure peak quality and accuracy across the entire product line.

Creative & UGC Support

  • Organize and curate a library of UGC assets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to determine where and how to best utilize content.

  • Identify top-performing assets and mine customer comments for new marketing ideas and product insights.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 2–4 years in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central or digital marketing.

  • Technical Savvy: You are comfortable managing data and navigating complex backend systems.

  • Content Enthusiast: You are an active TikTok/Reels user who understands what makes a video engaging and effective.

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a "detective" mindset—you notice when a number is off or a listing looks different.

  • Adaptable: You can make sound judgment calls with limited information and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

  • Comfortable with Diverse Content: You appreciate novelty and humor; you are comfortable working with and managing political content.
