European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR) is an international policy research and human rights institute operating as an AISBL — Association Internationale Sans But Lucratif, an international non-profit association established under Belgian law. EIPRHR is dedicated to advancing human rights, social inclusion, gender equality, cultural understanding, social justice, inclusive policy development, and the protection and integration of vulnerable groups across Europe and internationally. The Institute’s mission is rooted in applied research, policy analysis, advocacy, education, professional development, cultural dialogue, and international cooperation. Its work focuses on producing evidence-based research and policy-oriented analysis in the fields of human rights, public policy, social inclusion, governance, equality, anti-discrimination, civil liberties, peacebuilding, and international and European institutional frameworks. EIPRHR conducts research and policy analysis on issues affecting societies, institutions, and vulnerable communities, including discrimination, social exclusion, gender inequality, protection of civil and human rights, community integration, and inclusive governance. The Institute also publishes research findings through print and digital publications, books, magazines, e-learning resources, and other knowledge-sharing platforms in order to educate, inform, and raise awareness among diverse audiences. In line with its statutory objectives, EIPRHR develops and delivers seminars, conferences, workshops, short micro-certification courses, non-formal learning programs, and professional development initiatives. These activities are designed to strengthen practical knowledge and skills in human rights, social policy, inclusive practices, research, advocacy, and institutional engagement. They are offered as non-formal learning and capacity-building programs and do not constitute formal education or lead to the award of academic degrees, state-recognized qualifications, or regulated professional certifications. EIPRHR also undertakes advocacy and community-oriented initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality, preventing discrimination, protecting vulnerable groups, supporting women’s rights and child protection, safeguarding civil and human rights, and promoting social awareness. The Institute may also support humanitarian and social initiatives, including activities related to food distribution, temporary shelter, access to essential services, education, and peace promotion, where such activities support its public-interest and non-profit mission. The Institute works through a coordinated strategy involving cooperation with academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, international agencies, governmental bodies, civil society groups, researchers, professionals, and partner entities. Its international outlook includes the strategic expansion of activities across the European Union and the development of cross-border partnerships to strengthen human rights standards, cultural exchange, social justice, and inclusive policy cooperation.
