RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the installation and fitting of aluminium products manufactured for installation, shopfront doors, windows, stack doors etc
- Inatallation could include removal of any exiting products and preparation for fitting of new products
- Following fitting schedules and drawings issued by the client/manager
- Alterations of any products on site which require so
- Enforcing with the team and ahearing to all safety protocola whilst working on site.
- Maintenance of any products needed on site
- Ensure all work is carried out in accorance with the required company standard and quality checks
- Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the fitting team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Fitter or in a similar role
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different sites as needed
