ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support this includes but is not limited to  maintaining records and databases, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with general office tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and process maintenance requests from clients
  • Assign maintenance tasks to appropriate technicians and contractors
  • Monitor and track the progress of maintenance tasks
  • Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for maintenance projects
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
  • Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and policies
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on maintenance projects and address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations
  • Ensure regular inspections are conducted to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or administrative role

SKILLS: 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
