El Collabo's SkillsForce is a work enablement initiative that is part Academy and part Agency.  

We actively and continuously challenge our candidates to discover and recognize their strengths, and work with them to offer ongoing access to applied learning projects where they can showcase their strengths, and gain confidence on their perceived weaknesses. 

Our goal is to improve the experience for both the job seeker and employer, and create an iterative professional development path for our candidates so they can keep up with the evolution of the modern workplace and be ready to shine in Industry 4.0 careers.
