Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored for each social media platform.
- Community Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages on social media channels to build and nurture relationships with our audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the social media strategy.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises swiftly and professionally, maintaining the brands reputation.
