Creative Director

 Job Description:

Reporting directly to the management team, the Creative Director will be in charge of the complete creative team and department.

The role will involve reviewing all creative briefs prepared by the strategic and CS team, understand the requirements and working hands on and with the creative team members to distribute, conceptualize and fulfill the brief requirements.

The Creative Director will be in charge of a team of at least 9 people compromising of art directors, studio, photographers, videographers and editors.

The position will involve being able to not only execute but also manage and lead the creative output and set the minimum creative benchmarks as a standard in the agency. The Creative Director will oversee all personnel with the autonomy to reshape or rebuild the required skill sets accordingly. The Creative Director will be expected to incorporate the latest industry trends and technical requirements to ensure the agency is geared with all the latest skill sets such as Ai capabilities or softwares to maximize efficiency and deliver on quality.

The Creative department will be working on all kinds of communication projects across various media channels including TVCs, videos for social media and documentaries as well as photoshoots.

  • At least 7 years experience in advertising.
  • Portfolio to demonstrate work and skills (Traditional and Digital Media).
  • Bachelors degree in arts or visual arts.
  • Enthusiastic personality to drive things forward with sound leadership skills.
  • Passionate about creativity and sharing of ideas and can communicate effectively in the agency and to clients.
