Sales Administrator - Vehicle Ordering

 Job Description:

  • Places Retail orders & customer orders
  • Purchase of warranty through manufacturer module
  • Prepare traffic data for all Kuwait market & for competitors
  • Handles orders / Queries
  • Prepares documents Memo, Quotation & Costing.
  • Coordinating for order related issues and customer related queries
  • Prepare and sending run flat report
  • Keeping record of GSO & PA certificates
  • Coordination with customer for their queries and providing them all details of cars
  • Preparing designs of cars in configurator on request of customer
  • Coordinating with salesman and providing them details of stock cars & upcoming cars
  • Providing local insurance price for operation dept. for demo cars
  • Prepares and processes documents related to Insurance of each vessel, monthly planned number of vehicles and Open cover insurance for the year.
  • Keeps track of insured cars, policy amount, and creates/ tracks exposure
  • Handles Credit Note for balance amount of policy
  • Updates shipment schedule and tracks each vessel according to the schedule
  • Updates Chassis Number, Engine Number, Vessel Name, Invoice Number, ETD & ETA in Kerridge
  • Arranges invoices according to B/L and provides shipping details to Sales Operation dept. prior to arrival of shipment.
  • Requesting NOA from shipping company and prepares Reserve letter and sends it to the shipping company and insurance company prior to arrival of vessel.
  • Coordinates with the Insurance company for changes in vessel, trans-shipment or in case of cancellation of vessel
  • Checks Kerridge report with manufacturer invoice prior handing over to Operations Dept.
