Must have Experience & Knowledge in Automotive Dealerships preferably in CHINESE Car Automotive Industry.

Must have the previous Hand on B2B Sales / B2C Car Sales.

Must possess a strategic vision for short and long-term business development.

Must have Strong leadership skills and be an expert in team building, motivation and interpersonal relationships.

Must be a Positive, Collaborative Team Player with a positive attitude.

Must with People & Time Management Skills.

Must have Customer Service Skills.

Must have good comprehensive literacy and numeracy skills.

Skills

University Graduate or a related field

Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the Automotive

Minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in the Automotive Industry

Strong organizational skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Technology expertise

Automotive Knowledge

Prefer CDK Hands-on experience

Computer Skills (MS Office Excel, Word) Must have an understanding and working knowledge of CRM Systems.

Bilingual (Native Speaker with excellent in spoken and written English)

Must have Valid Kuwaiti Transferable residency (18)
