Receptionist
Job Description:
Job Summary
The Receptionist reports to the Sales/Brand Manager and receives customers and guides them to the concerned Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and receiving customers and directing them to the concerned Sales Executives.
- Attending all incoming & outgoing calls and handling inquires whenever possible.
- Redirect calls as required and take messages when required.
- Handles all correspondence through email, fax and telephone calls.
- Scheduling appointments with clients (If any).
- Maintaining high confidentiality ethics.
- Attain maximum customer satisfaction.
Ideal Requirements
Education
- Diploma, University degree, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in similar position or related to business.
- Relevant Experience: 1 years of experience in automotive industry.
Competency & Skills
- Efficient time management skills

- Presentable and professional
- Bilingual
- Excellent communication skills.
- Efficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet etc.)
- Ensure quality service to customers
- Ensure timely completion of work.
