Plumbing Engineer
Job Description:
- Design and plan plumbing systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into overall building plans.
- Specify and select plumbing materials, equipment, and fixtures based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for plumbing installations.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other project documents related to plumbing systems.
- Provide technical support during construction, addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct inspections to verify the quality and compliance of plumbing installations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and emerging technologies to enhance plumbing system designs.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, incorporating them into the plumbing system design.
