What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the Medical Telemetry unit

• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

• Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation

What You'll Bring:

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters preferred

• Minimum of 2 years in a nursing management position

• Strong communication and organizational skills
