Salary: $84,849 - $127,274 per year (based on experience)
Relocation & Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates

Beds: 41 (21/20 split)
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $84,849 - $127,274 per year (based on experience)
- Overtime Pay: 1.5x base hourly rate
- Sign-On Bonus: Available (case-by-case)

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Nurse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Blood Cancer and Stem Cell Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, staff leadership, and operational efficiency. This is a co-manager role, working alongside another leader to manage the unit effectively. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, team-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day unit operations, including staffing, patient care coordination, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining top-tier patient care.
- Establish strong working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and senior leadership.
- Lead performance evaluations, staff development, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the overall quality of care.
What Were Looking For:
- Must have served as a Nurse Manager for at least 1 full year in the last 3 years.
- 2-3 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Blood Cancer or Stem Cell Unit.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Active TX RN license (or compact eligibility).
- BLS & ACLS certification required (or within 12 months of hire).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
