About the Job

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, building strategic alliances, and working cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions across inspection services.

This role requires someone with strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales approach, who can actively prospect, engage, and close opportunities across multiple sectors including private industry and government stakeholders.

About You

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives in a high-volume, high-impact business development environment. You should be confident across the entire sales cycle from market research and networking to proposals and deal closure while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and long-term partnerships.

Required skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in business development, key account management, or inspection services sales
  • Commercially astute with experience in market analysis, major account planning, and revenue growth
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at senior levels
  • Flexible approach to travel and working hours
  • Fluent in Thai; good command of English required

Key Activities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and sectors
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct consultative meetings to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, marketing) to prepare winning proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close agreements
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to shape business strategy
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
