Their ISO 17025-accredited laboratories deliver trusted solutions across raw materials, finished goods, water, packaging (FCM), and environmental samples.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant Manager or Sales Manager to drive growth in food laboratory testing services. You will lead commercial expansion, develop strategies, and build long-term client partnerships while coaching and guiding the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales activities for food laboratory testing services.
  • Achieve revenue targets and expand market share across assigned accounts and territories.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the B2B food and beverage sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored service solutions based on client needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and budget management.
  • Ensure all sales activities are recorded in CRM systems and aligned with company goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Strong sales background with understanding of food safety regulations, standards, and testing services.
  • 510 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 23 years in a managerial or assistant manager role.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership ability to manage and coach a small sales team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%; valid driving license required.
  • Good command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
