At Tana, we believe that your skills and character define you—not where in the world you were born. We empower brilliant young people in Africa to start global careers in technology and business through the Tana Fellowship Program, which places recent graduates in full-time, remote jobs with global teams across North America and Europe. We believe that borders shouldn't constrain talent, and our mission is to create global opportunities for you to earn, learn, and build the future!

Position overview

We are looking for curious, driven and detail-oriented recent graduates to begin their global careers through the Tana Fellowship Program in Business & Sales Support roles. You will join one of our international partner companies in a full-time, remote role - working with teams across North America and Europe on real business problems from day one. You'll be trusted with important responsibilities, supported by playbooks and training, mentorship and encouraged to ask questions; you'll execute and improve processes, and be expected to grow and learn quickly. If you're excited about starting a global career, this is the perfect role for you!

These are non-technical roles. If you are a STEM graduate with an interest in technical and data roles then check out the Tana Fellowship Program.

Depending on your skillset, here are some examples of the roles you might be placed in:

  • Junior RevOps Analyst - Support global Sales teams by using playbooks and calculators to prepare, review and manage sales quotes throughout the deal lifecycle to help drive revenue.
  • Order Management Analyst - Work within Finance Operations to process and validate customer purchase orders to ensure they align with approved quotes and internal systems.
  • Software License Specialist - Monitor, analyse and audit software license usage to optimise utilisation, value and adherence with company policies.
  • Junior Marketing Analyst - Conduct structured online research using tools like LinkedIn to build lead lists for business development initiatives such as webinars, events and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and process-orientation – you enjoy getting things right, love checklists and standard operating procedures, and notice small details others might miss.
  • Strong motivation to learn – you're curious, ask good questions, and pick up new tools, technology and concepts quickly.
  • Strong work ethic – you take responsibility for your work, manage your time well and follow through on commitments.
  • A proactive ownership mindset – you don't wait to be told what to do; you flag issues, suggest improvements and take pride in outcomes.
  • Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelors or Diploma completed in the last 2 years.
  • Kenyan citizen who is located in Kenya and able to work remotely from Kenya.
  • Most importantly: you're excited about building a long-term global career and are ready to invest the next few years learning, growing and proving what you can do.
