Position Summary:
TCF is looking for a highly organised, analytically strong, and output-oriented professional to join its Partnerships team, working closely with the philanthropic partnerships and government engagement teams to support the strategy, operations, and execution of TCFs external partnerships.
This role sits at the centre of TCFs engagement with key external stakeholders - a critical pillar for TCF. You will work closely with senior leadership and the partnerships teams to help shape partnership strategies, coordinate engagement with funders and government stakeholders, and ensure that key interactions translate into meaningful outcomes.
The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to operate across strategy, stakeholder engagement, and execution. You will help ensure that TCFs partnerships are managed in a structured, proactive, and insight-driven manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the philanthropic partnerships and government engagement teams to support the strategy and execution of TCFs key partnerships
- Support preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and outputs for meetings with funders, government counterparts, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure that partnership engagements are aligned with program priorities and that required materials and updates are prepared in advance.
- Support the development of partnership strategies and engagement plans, working closely with senior leadership and partnership leads.
- Help manage the day-to-day operations of the partnerships function, including tracking engagement pipelines, meeting coordination, and follow-ups with key stakeholders, ensuring strong follow-through and operational discipline
- Generate analytical insights and knowledge products that support partnership development, including research on potential partners, sector trends, and funding opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Advanced degrees from top-tier institutions; intellectual curiosity and sophistication expected regardless of field
- 3-6+ years of experience in a high-growth or demanding environment, like management consulting
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
- Clear, concise, and analytical writing style
- Strong communicator with polished interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly adaptable with the ability to shift priorities fluidly as organisational needs evolve
