Veterinary Surgeon – GP Experience

Location: Lincoln
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Hours: 39 hours per week | 1:4 weekends
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE

The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, modern veterinary practice in Lincoln that is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with GP experience to join its growing clinical team.

This role would suit a confident and motivated veterinary surgeon with 3+ years GP experience, who enjoys delivering high-quality clinical care and working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent preventative healthcare

  • Diagnosing and treating sick and injured pets

  • Promoting pet wellbeing and client education

  • Working closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues

  • Contributing positively to a friendly, team-focused culture

Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for animal welfare are essential.
