Overview

We are seeking a fractional executive to serve as a Marketing Chief for a project.  The executive will be responsible for developing a cohesive and unified brand identity across all instructional products, enhancing market competitiveness, increasing user engagement, supporting organizational strategic imperatives, ensuring brand consistency, and cultivating brand loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a brand audit and competitive landscape analysis of existing instructional products
  • Develop a comprehensive branding guide that includes vision, personality, logos, color palettes, typography, imagery, and application guidelines
  • Create an implementation strategy for the new branding across all products and materials
  • Provide training and support for internal teams on the new branding guidelines
  • Develop logos and brand elements for specific products
  • Create a product pitch deck to showcase the brand identity
  • Develop a training program and support materials for internal teams to effectively use the brand guide and materials
Role Requirements
  • Extensive experience in marketing and branding, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong knowledge of brand development and strategy
  • Proficiency in conducting brand audits and competitive landscape analysis
  • Excellent design and visual communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with educational institutions and their needs
  • Knowledge of cultural relevance and inclusivity in branding

B/Suite Requirements for Chiefs
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in your area of expertise
  • Experience as a senior-leader (Managing Director, AVP, VP, Chief, etc.)
  • Significant experience in team leadership, people management, and coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to set org-wide vision and goals for long-term success


Compensation

Starting compensation for Chief-level executives is $90/hour. All consultants are 1099 contractors. All executives are eligible for referral bonuses and free coaching and development.
