Facade Engineer

The JOB HOUSE Recruitment Agency (License No. 505), on behalf of its client, a leading supplier of building materials in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Façade Engineer for their offices in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential new clients and prepare tailored specification packages (samples, displays, technical documentation)

• Assist in the preparation of detailed façade tender packages

• Interpret architectural drawings and provide layout proposals for HPL and other façade systems

• Conduct site measurements and coordinate technical matters with architects, contractors, and clients

• Prepare installation schedules and supervise subcontractors and installation teams on-site

• Resolve technical challenges during installation while ensuring compliance with quality standards

• Contribute to façade design development and engineering documentation as required

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture 

• Previous experience in façade consulting or project coordination will be considered an advantage

• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred

• Excellent command of Greek and English

• Practical, solution-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
