Additional description

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, including supplies, filing, and organization
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence in a professional manner
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and welcome clients
  • Maintain physical and digital records in an organized and confidential manner
  • Support the team with document preparation and communication with authorities
  • Handle basic bookkeeping duties, such as data entry etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Previous knowledge of accounting software would be a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
