Summary
The licensed recruitment agency the JOB HOUSE (License No. 505), on behalf of its client, is looking for an Office Administrator.
Additional description
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the smooth running of the office, including supplies, filing, and organization
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and welcome clients
- Maintain physical and digital records in an organized and confidential manner
- Support the team with document preparation and communication with authorities
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties, such as data entry etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, ideally in a professional services environment
- Previous knowledge of accounting software would be a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
