The Role
As a Broker Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokers through accurate loan submissions, data entry, and client servicing. Youll help ensure that every application is complete, compliant, and processed efficiently. In addition to application support, youll also provide executive assistance and contribute to our broader team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Submissions & Data Entry

Accurately input client and loan data into aggregator platforms and ApplyOnline.

Source required information from notes, supporting documents, and client assessments.

Prepare compliance documents and lender applications as per broker instructions.

Identify and resolve missing information in applications using lender checklists.

Merge and upload signed documents into final packs for submission.
Lender Application Management

Complete lender-specific PDF applications for private clients.

Ensure all client data is accurately presented and formatted to lender standards.
Team & Executive Support

Manage the Managing Directors calendar, meetings, and events.

Monitor and respond to emails in shared inboxes.

Manage company LinkedIn connections and inbox on behalf of the MD.

Route website leads to the appropriate broker.

Organize gifts for staff, clients, and business partners.

Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.
Pricing & Valuation Support (Shared Responsibility)

Complete pricing requests and negotiate interest rates with lenders when needed.

Order property valuations through various platforms (e.g. Valex, CoreLogic).

Accurately input property and client data with attention to detail.
-
Track valuation progress and follow up as needed.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Candidates with 3-4 years experience in mortgage process support / loans processing for Australia Mortgage. Have Bachelors Degree related in business or financial or alike. Qualifications in accounting and finance will be highly favored along with any loan processing experience with a reputable financial institution
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and PDF editing tools.
- Strong knowledge of aggregator platforms and ApplyOnline.
- Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable, trainable and Service-Oriented
- Excellent numeracy skills

Technical Requirements
