Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an analytical Bookkeeper for one of established firms in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and processing of clients expenses, bank statements
  • Processing of weekly/fortnightly and monthly payroll and superannuation obligations
  • Reconciliations of balance sheets and profit and loss - monthly
  • Creating ABA files for clients expenses and payroll

Who are we looking for?

The main qualities for a successful candidate are:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Bookkeeping
  • Proficient in using XERO and Quickbooks
  • Has excellent organization skills, can work and prepare reports for multiple clients
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Possess necessary equipment, including a computer, high-speed internet, and a headset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Technical Requirements
