The story of Tiong Bahru Bakery began with our founder’s zest in wanting to positively impact people’s lives. Inspired by French artisans, we began on our journey to master the handmade craft of baking.

We pride ourselves on using time-honoured techniques and respecting culture. We lovingly source and curate the best ingredients. Always 100% French flour and French butter. We ensure that we stay true to selecting the best ingredients for our bakes. Our heritage and artisanal belief is deeply rooted in the way we create our products.

Our humble neighbourhood bakery celebrates communities through the simple act of breaking bread with others. We hope our spaces become a magical moment in time; one that can be repeated daily, with friends, family and strangers.

We want to be more than a bakery. We want to be that neighbour who provides good food for people; that educator who teaches about eating well; that free-spirit who knows how to have fun, while staying true to rooted beliefs of handmade tradition and heritage.
