Kaizen & Certification Officer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Kaizen & Certification Officer to support the continuous improvement and compliance initiatives across our dealer network.

This role is ideal for analytical and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about process improvement, performance monitoring, and quality standards. You will work closely with dealer partners and internal teams to enhance aftersales operations, implement Kaizen initiatives, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Performance & Operations Monitoring

• Monitor aftersales performance and support efficient management of dealer operations
• Assist in evaluating dealer performance against established standards and KPIs
• Identify areas for improvement to optimize resources and enhance dealer business
• Support investigations and performance reviews of dealerships

2. Kaizen Implementation & Continuous Improvement

• Assist in implementing process improvements using the Kaizen approach across the dealer network
• Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Help develop and standardize operational guidelines and best practices
• Track and report progress of improvement initiatives

3. Certification & Compliance Management

• Support dealer certification processes and ensure compliance with company standards
• Assist in consolidating and analyzing Key Performance Index (KPI) data
• Help prepare reports and visualizations for management review
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality and certification requirements

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Work with various departments and business partners to gather data and identify support needed for dealers
• Prepare periodic progress updates and presentations for management
• Assist in inter-departmental coordination to support dealer development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge or interest in process improvement, quality systems, or Kaizen principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Demonstrates a strong interest in cars and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
• Willing to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
• This role is intended for fresh graduates and early-career professionals
