Sales Promotions Associate

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Sales Promotions Associate to join our Marketing Services Department.

In this role, you will focus on managing and executing sales promotions with a strong emphasis on the financial management of these activities, while also supporting dealer marketing initiatives.

Your role and responsibilities:

Sales Promo Management

• Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify promotional opportunities.
• Conceptualize, plan, and implement monthly sales promo activities aligned with business goals.
• Provide advertising support to boost campaign effectiveness.
• Manage the financial aspects of promotions, including budget planning, monitoring of promo expenses, and ensuring profitability and compliance.

Dealer Marketing Support

• Oversee dealership showroom branding and marketing collateral consistency.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of marketing collaterals.
• Develop and implement dealer marketing strategies.
• Monitor promo claims and ensure compliance with accounting guidelines.
• Coordinate with dealers to ensure smooth execution and financial reconciliation of promo activities.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration major in Marketing (with background in Finance is an advantage). 
• You are detail-oriented with strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• You adapt quickly to changes and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• You communicate effectively with internal teams and external dealer partners.
• You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring compliance.
• Customer focus and collaboration are key strengths.

Skills required:

• Strong understanding of financial management related to marketing promotions.
• Good analytical and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data tracking tools.
• Experience in sales promotions, dealer marketing, or finance is an advantage.
