IT Infrastructure Specialist

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Information Systems Department based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in managing, securing, and optimizing IT infrastructure systems to ensure stable and efficient operations across the organization. 

This position is open to experienced professionals with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor and maintain Enterprise IT Infrastructures (Servers, Database, Application, Data storage and networks).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and network environments.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance activities in coordination with IT policies and standards. 

• Troubleshoot

   infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply long-term solutions.
• Support cybersecurity efforts including endpoint protection, firewall management, and access control.

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, system diagrams, asset records, 

  and change logs.
• Assist in infrastructure planning and execution of new IT projects, system migrations, and cloud integration.

• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and 

  implementation.

Our perfect match:

• You have a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• You have prior experience in IT infrastructure, systems or network administration, preferably in enterprise or manufacturing environments.

• You have a strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, system 

  security, and service continuity.

• You are proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• You can work collaboratively with IT teams and business units to resolve technical challenges and improve operations.

Skills required:

• Solid Experience in Windows/Linux Administration, scripting and virtualization platforms (e. VMware, Hyper-V)

• Familiarity of enterprise network systems (LAN/WAN), switches, routers, firewall and VPNs 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), hybrid infrastructure setups, and Database/Application administration
• Proficiency in backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and IT asset management

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and documentation skills
