Parts Technical Support Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a Parts Technical Support Engineer to join our Parts Department, based in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

As a key member of the Service Parts Warehouse and Logistics Management Team, the Parts Technical Support Engineer will handle technical inquiries related to parts from Toyota dealerships nationwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting gap analyses, resolving engineering deviations, and addressing customer inquiries concerning service parts.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Manage special projects involving Parts Technical Functions, Engineering Change Information, and Parts Modification Information processing.
• Conduct investigations and provide historical analysis of service parts.
• Roll out common programs to suppliers.
• Process and evaluate part number inquiries and validate part numbers for pricing inquiries.
• Monitor disused and discontinued part numbers and handle related processes.
• Plan part numbers and monitor Engineering Change Instructions (ECI).
• Oversee process change request monitoring and processing.
• Manage logistics quality reports and monitor Supplier Material Reports (SMR).
