Yard Planner

Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a Yard Planner to join our Vehicle Logistics Department located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

As a Yard Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective yard space planning and coordination between production output, delivery schedules, and logistics operations. 

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate parking spaces in the yard based on daily production output and delivery schedules.
• Monitor yard capacity utilization to ensure efficient use of available space.
• Simulate space requirements based on production and sales plans.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate records of vehicle status, location, and movement.
• Maintain good communication with suppliers to support yard and logistics functions.
• Coordinate manpower requirements and work schedules with logistics service providers.
• Provide yard status and stock condition reports to management and relevant departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
• Strong competencies in planning, organizing, and decision-making.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or exposure in supply chain functions and processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of or exposure to SAP is nice to have.
