About the Role

We are hiring a Marketplace Growth & Ecommerce Account Manager responsible for end-to-end Amazon & eBay account management, including listing optimization, PPC scaling, inventory planning, and full marketplace performance ownership.

You will act as a growth operator, not just an account manager — responsible for driving sales, visibility, and profitability across multiple marketplaces.

Core Responsibilities

Marketplace Account Management

  • Manage complete Amazon Seller Central & eBay Seller Hub accounts
  • Handle product listings, variations, pricing, promotions & catalog structure
  • Maintain account health, policy compliance & performance metrics

Listing Optimization (SEO + Conversion)

  • Create & optimize high-converting product listings
  • Improve ranking using Amazon SEO, keywords, backend search terms
  • Enhance listings with A+ Content, images, and conversion optimization strategies

PPC & Advertising Management

  • Run and optimize Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD campaigns)
  • Manage eBay Promoted Listings & advertising tools
  • Optimize bids, keywords, targeting & ROAS performance
  • Scale profitable campaigns using data-driven strategies

Sales, Data & Performance Analytics

  • Track KPIs: Sales, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, ROI
  • Analyze competitor pricing, demand trends & category insights
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards & reports
  • Provide actionable growth recommendations

Inventory & Operations Management

  • Forecast demand & manage inventory replenishment cycles
  • Coordinate with supply chain for stock planning
  • Prevent stockouts and overstock situations

Customer & Brand Management

  • Handle customer reviews, feedback & Q&A optimization
  • Improve brand reputation and conversion trust signals
  • Ensure strong marketplace rating and visibility

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years experience in Amazon/eBay marketplace management
  • Strong command of Amazon Seller Central & eBay Seller Hub
  • Expertise in product listing optimization & Amazon SEO
  • Hands-on experience in Amazon PPC & eBay Ads
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels & conversion metrics
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel / dashboards / analytics tools
  • Strong coordination & communication skills

Tools You Should Know

  • Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
  • eBay Seller Hub & Promoted Listings tools
  • Helium 10 / Jungle Scout / Data Hawk (or similar tools)
  • GA4/Google Sheets / Excel (Advanced reporting)
  • Keepa / product tracking tools
  • Amazon Ads Console (PPC management)
  • AI tools for listing & content optimization. 

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Amazon FBA / Private Label / Wholesale / Drop shipping
  • eBay marketplace management exposure
  • E-commerce agency or brand-side experience
  • Knowledge of Shopify or multi-channel selling
  • Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
