Job Description: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
As an SME, you will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content related to International curricula such as IB, IGCSE, Cambridge, and Edexcel. Candidates must possess extensive subject knowledge, alongside a keen interest in creative academic content creation. Prior experience in educational content creation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure Lesson Plans in accordance with the respective curriculum.
- Design impactful online and offline learning experiences.
- Create, Edit, and Proofread educational content in accordance with the respective curriculum.
- Develop and integrate Interactive Learning Elements into the content to enrich its quality.
- Review existing content for improvement and enhancement.
- Develop questions for Assignments, Assessments, and Worksheets.
- Develop detailed stepwise solutions for assignment, assessment, worksheet, and past paper questions.
- Keep updated with changes in course syllabus and update content accordingly.
- Suggest modifications/upgrades to existing content regularly.
- Deliver content on agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation in Physics/Chemistry. A degree in Education would be preferred.
- Extensive Subject Knowledge.
- Knowledge of different International Curricula (IB, IGCSE, Cambridge, Edexcel, etc.).
- Proficient with MS-Office and other tools used in educational content creation.
- Basic understanding of using AI in the creation of educational content and meaningful learning experiences.
- Basic understanding of interactive learning elements (simulations and games) and their role in enhancing the learning experience.
- Visual Content Communication.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
