Dr. Fitz’s Bayside Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced, part-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to support our growing practice. This is an opportunity to stay hands-on in a high-quality medical environment while maintaining a schedule that works for you.

The Role

This is a part-time position designed for experienced technicians who want consistency, flexibility, and the ability to stay engaged in high-quality patient care without a full-time schedule.

You’ll play a key role in both patient care and clinic flow, including:

• Anesthesia monitoring and surgical support

• Radiography and in-house diagnostics

• Patient nursing care for both hospitalized and outpatient cases

• Assisting in exams, treatments, and procedures

• Client communication and education

• Maintaining accurate and compliant medical records

What We’re Looking For

• Active Michigan LVT license

• 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience

• Strong skills in anesthesia, surgery, and patient care

• Clear communication and team-first mindset

• Someone who takes pride in doing things well, not just quickly
